Peach Farm

What better way to celebrate a week of hard work than to have a scrumptious Chinese feast? The best part? Chowing it with the proud BID derm team, led by our own Dr. Lio!
Peter, Ryan, Denise, Maria, Ehrin, and I went to Peach Farm, this treasure of a little Chinese restaurant in the smack middle of Chinatown. It's a hip, intimate HK-style seafooder that sports a locale clientele, with live fish and lobster freshly prepared to order. Peter, one of the best attendings I have ever worked with, generously treated all of us to this authentic, yumful Chinese dinner. Being a total seafooder, my favorites were the softshell crab and the lobsters, and all the yumful messiness necessary for getting the flesh out. Yummm..... they were finger-licking good. The flounder that Peter ordered was surprisingly large, with its meat tenderly steamed with mushroom and babycorns and its carcass fried to a delicious crisp. The dinner really hit the spot, and we were all reveling in its luxious aftertaste as we stroll through the semi-sketchy Chinatown at night, with the summer breeze caressing our cheeks.
Then, apparently I completely passed out on the couch when I got home, according to Ehrin.
